“It’s an older resort that is updated and HUGE! Such a great family friendly resort. We can’t wait to go back! ”

“Check-in went great. We had the standard 1 bedroom room. Rooms are a bit dated, but clean and comfotable enough for a family of 3. Our first night at 4:30am the fire alarm directly above our bed started to beep every 30 seconds, like a home one does when the battery is running low. A hotel should have regular maintenance on their fire systems so this does not happen. This beep woke us and our toddler up. I called the front desk immediately who said they'd put an urgent request in to maintenance.……

“This place is amazing! I can’t say enough good things! Every time we go here, the rooms are beautiful, clean, spacious. The pool and hot tub are always clean and the temperatures are perfect. The only issue I ever have is having to leave! We will continue to go here as often as possible. ”

“Our room had a fireplace but when we turned it on it had a little smell. Not of gas. Maybe it was just not used recently so we turned it off. Our coupon for breakfast was great. The only thing was my coffee cup was so hot it almost burnt my lips every time I took a drink. It wasn’t the coffee it was my cup.”

“The event was nicely done on Saturday. Love the mansion. Drinks were very difficult to get, longs lines, not enough staff or areas to get a drink. There was a very crabby man who seemed to be in charge. He was appropriate and keeping order but could have been much more personable and friendly. He was very rude. ”
