“Enjoyed our stay- was very nice and quiet- great area- helpful staff, loved the blackout blinds in the room and the hotel was so quiet we were able to sleep and have a nap - loved the blackout blinds! And mist importantly it’s a very very clean hotel - that’s the number 1 thing - clean- and this is very clean- even the underground parking is so clean. ”

“The room was great! It was so big that it needed a bigger tv!! Yep, the bed was too far from the wall with the tv on it, they needed a bigger tv. (it was good size but could have been bigger) I paid extra for a room with a view, we got one on the 1st floor of the hotel, (the hotel does not start until the 5th floor) one that you could just walk right out on to the 5th floor lawn. Loved the K-cup coffee maker. When it was time to make coffee all the dishes were in the dishwasher, and they were……

“It is helpful to let guests know before arriving of road construction. There are many events that happen in the attached conference center and yet the sound did not carryover to the ribs. This was a pleasant surprise. ”

“The hotel was recently built (less than 5 years) and things are pretty new. It’s about 10 minutes driving distance from downtown Iowa City. There are shopping mall and tons of restaurants near the hotel. Staff are very friendly.”
