It is a beautiful house with spectacular views and right on the ocean.With that said, there are some things that really detracted from the property. The cookware looked like something they threw away at a garage sale it was pitiful. Burned pans, teflon pans with half the teflon scratched off, etc. If you set these at the curb, no one would pick them up. The stove downstairs was a cheap very basic white one……
