“I stayed at this 5-star hotel in Sarandë, Albania, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The hotel itself is very big, beautiful, and has a lot of potential, but the management and organization are far below the standard expected from a 5-star property. “When I first checked in, I was put in a room on the lowest floor. There were stairs with no access to lift for that floor. The room was dirty. Fridge was dirty. Bath was dirty. “Underground carpark is perfect for storing the motorcycle, thank you! About 50 mins walk away from the main promenade walkway which was quite flat and easy on the feet and well worth the walk there and back! Would definitely recommend a trip up to the castle as the views from up top are amazing!”
