「Pros: located on Main Street of Interlaken, easy to walk everywhere. Spacious, modern rooms with AC that actually makes the rooms cool. Bright lights in the rest room. There is also a small terrace and partial view of mountains from the room. Cons: Understaffed for two days - room wasn’t cleaned until 4-5 PM, only one person at the front desk, staff was super busy during breakfast. The day when we are about to leave, there is a new team of staff that is much more efficient and responsive....

「Very nice view everywhere in the small town. Many choices of restaurants and activities nearby. Supermarkets, souvenir shops, train terminal within walking distance. Western castle style 5 stars hotel, staff perfectly nice and helpful. Not air- conditioned is the only consideration, a bit hot during summer time.」

「The hotel is right by the bus stop Jungfraustrasse, you can easily walk to Interlaken West train station—superb convenient. Tbh we booked this hotel last minute so it may be expensive, but the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hotel room only had triple type J sockets, and none of my adapters fit! Fortunately, the staff quickly brought us adaptors, which was awesome.」

「Close to the train station by 7 mins walk or you can take a bus for 4 mins. The hotel decorations are pretty new maybe it was renovated. Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is good with enough choices.」

「酒店离文根火车站很近。文根是一个很漂亮的小镇。从这儿可以走到缆车站，上到Mannlichen, 一个特别美的观景点，可以走一段royal walk，也可以看到因特拉肯的三大山峰：僧侣峰，艾格峰，少女峰，从Mannlichen可以做缆车下到格林瓦尔德。文根去劳特布鲁嫩也很近，一站火车就到了。酒店外面是一条繁华的商业街，总体而言很方便。」

「We stayed in a Junior Suite in the newer building right next to the main hotel. The recently renovated rooms were clean and modern, with several balconies facing what I think are the best views of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau in Murren. The spa in the basement was also very well kept and relaxing - a great way to end a long day of hiking. The restaurant in the main hall is grand, luxurious, and cooks fantastic food. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to the Jungfrau region.」
