“Incredible breakfast buffet, kind and welcoming staff, clean room and bathroom. We enjoyed our two week stay immensely and being able to walk to many a place.”

“In general, the rooms are lacking of maintenance: no stable hot water supply, tap water is milky, air-conditioner isn't functioning properly, the bed and pillows aren't comfortable, and the toilet has odors. But the location is very good, near the big shopping mall Dostyk Plaza. And the front desk staff is helping, willing to change room for us. But the staff doesn't know how to register our stay in Almaty with the Immigration authorities, when this is a must for every tourist staying more……

“Delightful experience at Kazzhol. The room is spacious and even comes with 2 beautiful bathrooms, a terrace and our own treadmill! The breakfast buffet is also abundant with wide variety of good quality food with plenty of time and nice seatings to eat. Location is convenient with money exchange, shops, restaurants, parks, sightseeing places within walking distance. The receptionists are friendly and helpful, they answered our long list of inquiries. This hotel is so much better in person. One……

“The staff was great, very calm and polite. The room was very clean and full of useful amenities. The kitchenette was complete with all the cooking essentials and the appliances were brand new. The room is perfect for an extended business trip. The daily cleaning was great, leaving the room spotless every time. There were minor scratches and breaks in the bathroom, but this did not affect the overall great impression. The breakfast was good, quite varied, but the puff pastry was a bit……

“The information says that the Airport Shuttle service is 24 hours, but that's a lie. There is no shuttle service provided by the hotel. Other than that, the staff was very nice and hospitable.”
