“There was a fire alarm during the breakfast service , during which we were told to vacate the building. My husband is disabled & I requested a wheelchair & assistance because the restaurant is on the 2nd floor. An employee went down the escalator and returned to say there was not one to had. It was a false alarm after all, but this is a Teachable Moment for your company. Please consider disabled customers.”

“Reception was very helpful. Our room was very clean and tidy. Shuttle from the airport is confusing and awkward. Evening food service was terrible. There was one person tending bar and serving food. Poor man was hopelessly overextended and the cook went AWOL so we couldn’t get served. The bar area is extremely noisy because of echo and acoustics. ”

“We had an amazing time from the moment we walked in the door! We were offered an upgrade and we took it. The King Spa Room has spectacular views of Tampa! The upgrade was worth the additional cost. The property is beautiful and super clean! There are lots of dinning options between the two properties and the food was really good. Venkatesh was our front desk service professional and he was a real pleasure to work with. ”
