“This was our first stay since the Hilton transition, and the collapse in quality is staggering.The resort has devolved from an upscale sanctuary into an under maintained, commercialized venue that prioritizes a "trashy carnival money grab" over paying overnight guests. We paid a premium luxury rate to enjoy resort amenities we could not even access or use. The failures during our stay included: Under maintained Grounds & Broken Amenities: The lawns were poorly kept, and major signature water……

“As soon as I got there I was not treated by valet, then got charged twice for a room I had already paid for, room service in the morning was also banging on doors around 8 am cleaning rooms and I couldn’t even get proper rest, honestly disappointed”

“Golf course is impeccable although all other amenities plus staff service were big challenges.”

“All my family love this hotel. We had a road trip from LA to Texas. This hotel is the best one including clean, layout, and staff. Especially the front dest Alana, she is so nice and warm and she did her job perfect. I try to stay one more night and booked online first. When I go the reception Alana say hi and smile to me then pass the room key directly. That is amazing. I am not vip for double tree Hilton. From that moment, I will be one. Thank you Alana”
