“We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. It’s right in downtown so it’s super convenient to the various sights around. The room was clean and comfortable and service is really good. We did have a snafu with the valet service when we were leaving though. They had been so great up to that point but we waited at least 45 minutes for our car which we knew was weird. We checked a few times about it and were told we were in line but the last time we checked they realized our car keys were still there.……

“Beautiful hotel and very comfortable bed and pillows. The gym is also super nice and the lounge area is very pretty! There was construction going on outside property which made the traffic pretty bad and backed up.”

“The stay was good. The check-in was at 3pm and they didn’t have the room ready. I had to get another room, with the amenities I did not book and pay for, to be able to get a room on time to get ready for an event. ”
