“Amazing stay! Love this place and will now only stay here when in Fort Worth.”

“The lady that checked us in wasn't exactly welcoming but got the job done. When we got to our room, the carpet was soaking wet. I went back and asked to switch rooms. She was accommodating, however, she was more focused on finding other employees to tell them what was going on then she was on helping us. We got to the second room and the bathroom floor was wet. I used towels to clean it up. The toilet wouldn't flush properly. We went back to the front desk twice to speak with someone but could……

“The apartment was very clean and appropriately stocked for my stay. The parking garage was dimly lit and available spots for guests to park were sometimes hard to find. The check out process was confusing as the app gave ambiguous directions. Luckily when calling their helpline, the agent could walk me through the process. Overall the stay was pleasant and I most likely would stay there again.”

“Pros: Unit was spacious and clean. 60” TVs and streaming capabilities. Cons: Most uncomfortable couch ever. Mattress is worn out, has a huge divot on one side. Train tracks are about 3-400 yds away, and trains come through every hour or less and they’re standing on the horn. Tenant upstairs sounds like Sasquatch, stomping and dragging/dropping stuff on the floor until 2200 then hammering on something until 2230 and again at 0630. TV on blast. If you value a good night’s sleep, find another……
