“Staff are very friendly and helpful. The room itself was a little small, but it was extremely quiet which was great. Only two issues were the lack of working ice machines and how overpriced the in-room dining was (4 shrimp for $24). Overall, a good place to stay!”

“Called room sevice for 10 minutes and not getting any reply. Finally got connected and asked for a water. They said no free water which is fine, so we asked to buy one and they said OK, will send it up. The water never comes and we don't want to call for another 10 minutes just for the water.”

“I really like this hotel. The room is huger than the picture in the website so I have a lot space to put my luggage. I really like the check in cookie, it's delicious. The free airport shuttle is so convenient. Every staff always smile to you. I am just transfer one night in Atlanta, it's a convenient hotel for customers who just transfer the plane like me.”

“My new favorite place to stay while in Atlanta it is just fabulous. Even though we didn’t get a chance to experience the rooftop (made us feel a little less than but we went down to the three arches and had a blast!!! The food was delicious and the drinks were incredible. Katie was a joy and made our experience even more fun, she made us feel at home…”
