“We loved the house. It is in a convenient location and had everything we needed and beautiful views.The kitchen had everything pan or utensil we could need to cook our meals. There are plenty of nice towels and pillows and blankets. The hot tub was perfect. (I bring my own test strips.) Parking is very tight. “The property is older but remodeled and updated cute. However there were some issues we had along our 3 night stay. 1. The longer we were there, the more an overwhelming smell of cat urine crept through the unit. 2. The Backdoor is directly inline with the couch and has no window covering over the large window. 3. The shower was slow to drain and was constantly filled around my feet. ”

“The house was clean, comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Laundry detergent was supplied as well. A minor downside is that when tenants are occupying the upstairs, it can be a bit loud with footsteps, to no fault of the other tenants. However, it was manageable. Overall, we had a comfortable, nice, and affordable place to stay. If we are visiting Colorado Springs in the future, we will be returning here to stay.”

“Beautiful property with amazing space. The hot tub was amazing could have used a light near it as it is at the end of the patio area. We were not able to get the fire pit to work but it was still such a beautiful space. Lots of area to park, an amazing stay all around. Also a pull out couch would have been great to add extra sleeping space.”
