「We had one thing we wanted to do, go to the rock and see the monkeys. Staff told us where to go for shuttle but the shuttle stopped running at 4 pm. They failed to tell us that but they said we could go back at 9 am the next morning. The shuttle never came and all they could say was it is a different company. PM clerks even got a little snotty. Why not provide us with a phone number to call instead of having us climb up and down the hill to sit and wait. Great stayed ruined by a lack of help」

「Clean and tidy, with swimming pool and a variety of restaurants to choose from, quiet and elegant environment, leisure can sit outside the room to enjoy the park landscape, very leisurely, is a good holiday holy」

「Great two night stay to visit Tangiers! Hotel staff recommended Balearia which provided a great tour. Wish I had time to use the hot tub (extra cost and need swimming cap). Gym is quite limited and the rooftop was closed during my visit which was disappointing since it part of the reason I selected the property. Staff is great, breakfast buffet looked good but we don’t choose that option. Parking is plentiful just outside hotel and later noticed they had a parking lot under hotel.」

「very good」

「Very convenient for parking.....a lot of free parking space!!」

「Apartment was in a modern, clean building with good security. Apartment itself was clean and very comfortable. Convenient, centralized location. Easy walking with restaurants, shops and marina very close by, less than ten minute walk. The only issue we had is that we wanted to make the trip to the top of the rock but for two days it was to foggy. I contacted the host through expedia and requested another night stay. After communicating back and forth a few times about the price and maybe get us...

「Hotel is located in town center, about 15- 20 mins walk from pier. Everything of the hotel is just OK, people may have higher expectation because it is a Parador. And service is poor, I was treated rudely when a staff delivered a hot water to my room (There was no kettle in room). 」

「Wonderful accommodations and great value. Room was nice, great balcony and access to indoor terrace. Only issue was with access to other restaurants, couldn’t walk to anything. However onsite restaurant was excellent and good value so was happy with that as well.」
