"Had the worst experience booking via Expedia, did not even manage to stay at the hotel, as Expedia had linked the wrong address via google maps on their platform. This was extremely misleading for non-China tourists like myself. Something has to be done about this error on their booking website, and the refund process was extremely tedious with slow replies and them refusing to refund me saying the hotel did not permit. "１日目は上海８時発の新幹線で杭州東に着き、バスで約３時間掛けて、千島湖バスターミナル到着、そこからタクシーで１３時頃にホテルチェックイン。ホテルスタッフは英語通じないみたいです。どこの旅行社で頼んだのかと聞かれましたので、EXPEDIAと筆記で伝えましたが、首をひねってました。中国語できなければ、チェックイン難しいのではないかと思いました。その後、近くの料理店（徒歩１０分程度）で昼食（淡水魚料理中心）、二人で１８０元程度でした。２日目は、朝からタクシーで中心港まで行き、船に乗って約６時間の島めぐりをしました。千島湖バスターミナル１６時頃出発し、最終上海には２１時頃に到着しました。千島湖は景色が非常に美しく、行って良かったとは思いますが、リピートして行きたいとは思いません。景色以外の島観光は、他の中国の観光地と同様、あまりおもしろいというものではありません。"
