「I need the response since the message sensed for a week.
I stayed at your hotel and checked in on July 29. At check-in, a $200 security deposit was authorized on my credit card.
I would like to ask when this authorization will be released or refunded. As of today, after a week, I have not yet seen the refund or release reflected in my credit card transaction history.
Could you please check the status for me? And please do feedback the process. Thank you.」

「Views from the rooms were pretty. The rooms need attention. You share a deck with all the rooms on your block. The heating/air system is very loud and disrupts sleep.
Staff was nice.」

「We were only there for a quick overnight trip, so we didn’t make use of any amenities.
We traveled with four people in one vehicle, but were charged valet parking fees for two vehicles. I’m still awaiting the refund for that.
The hotel and area are absolutely beautiful.」

「The fireplace was lovely and the room was cozy and attractive.
The bathroom was spacious and clean, however we weren’t able to locate any extra t.p.
I would advise people that the staircase going up to the rooms is quite steep. We were able to manage ok, but anyone with difficulty with stairs would have a challenge.
The breakfast voucher for breakfast was great and we enjoyed a lovely meal.
We also had a wonderful time at The Kate at a Blues concert.
Overall, very satisfied with our overnight...
