“We’d spent 2 nights in this hotel during the Easter holiday. The location of the hotel is superb because it just takes 2 minutes’ walk to reach Fabrika, the city centre’s bus terminal. As it was just the beginning of the peak travel season, the room rate was reasonable. There is a great variety of rooms for customers to choose from. We’d reserved one deluxe double room but had mistakenly chosen one without a sea view. Upon our arrival, thanks to the staff, Marinda’s assistance, we were able to……

“Nice staff helpful Good location ”

“Helpful and nice staff. Free transportation to/from airport and port is a big advantage. Walking distance to windmills and city centre. Room is good only bad soundproof and weird design (glass-transparent toilet and a window, which means light comes in from there and no total darkness).”

“The hotel is good. the breakfast, the bed and the air conditioning are all nice, except the water supply (bathroom) is quite unstable. Not sure is the room problem or the hotel problem. Fira town and the bus stop is near, very convenient.”

“good accommodation! ”

“The hotel staffs are very friendly, consideration, professional. And they provided free shuttle bus is very helpful for tourist. The daily equipments is very nice french brand [NUXE]. And the room is very clean and comfortable. That's my best experience in my life.”

“absolutely wonderful. if debating, choose this every time”

“New room but very small/ had outdoor pool but cold in October so couldn’t use it - breakfast was nice but the same every day for a week no variety - after touring in Greece for two weeks - end of season we felt this hotel was very overpriced compared to the four other places we stayed at / they are doing Reno’s - we would have been happier in a cheaper room but they were only showing executive suites available at higher price . It didn’t seem busy but staff very nice and an easy walk to……
