“The staff there was so helpful! Made me feel so welcomed as soon as I arrived. From valet, to check in, the staff helping with my luggage. My room wasn't ready but it wasn't that long it a wait. The restaurant / bar was a lovely place to hang out and they comped the food I had which was very sweet! I will always come back!”

However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.”
