“A second home. This is no ordinary hotel room. It is a fully functional, 1 bed, 1 bath apartment with all the features you could ever want. We called 30 minutes prior to arrival and were greeted by the SimplySteamboat staff outside of our apartment building. They gave us our keys and helped bring our luggage to our room. All information regarding wifi, pool, hot tub, coin laundry, and everything else was on an easy-to-read sheet on the counter. You can use Netflix with the wifi. The kitchen……

“The condo was wonderful. The owners had great communication and were very easy to work with. Plenty of room (we had three families) and near the ski resort- about a ten minute walk though there is also a shuttle that picks up right outside the door. Would definitely stay here again! ”

“ The unit was very clean and very cozy. It was located in a great location close to bars and grocery stores. Also very close to the ski resort. It was spacious one bedroom with a full equipped kitchen and very comfortable furniture. Was quiet and the pool and hot tub‘s were right in front of the building. Truly met and exceeded our expectations. In addition to that, it was nice that we also got HBO. Check in and check out were very simple and quick. It was really like a home away from home. ……

“The place is great - but very large - we were on the wing furthest away from Gondola Square - so quite a walk to get to the ski area - fortunately there is ski storage right at the mountain base so no need to carry all the gear. Great spot overall.”

“Be careful when you book Kutuk. Overall the location and facilities are great. But each unit is individually owned and the unit we were in was VERY old. Oven was from the 70's, maybe 60's. Microwave totally unpowerful. Carpet old, kitchen old, a very old 19" tube television which was not easy to watch. The unit needs a total upgrade. Bathrooms and bedding (pillows). YOu book this unti for the location, but there are units are Kutuk that are totally redone and modern with modern kitchens and……
