“The towels were washed very clean”

“Our room was huge, clean and has a nice view of the mountains. The person who checked us in was very friendly. Only one elevator was working so there was an extended wait for it. We tried to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, but no one came out to seat us or was even around. So we had to go off the premises to eat dinner after traveling all day. Overall, 9/10.”

“Here’s one that sounds like you: We only stayed one night, but we came away impressed. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. We parked the truck and spent the evening walking around Old Town without ever needing to drive again. One unexpected highlight was the incredible vinyl record collection throughout the hotel. I even stumbled across my favorite album of all time, which made the stay that much more memorable. The staff was friendly,……

“My reservation was hard to find at first, the reception said the reservation was lost in the system because it was booked by Expedia, so a manager had to come and approve my reservation. My only real complaint was only one elevator worked, and I was with my daughter in a wheelchair, I had to wait countless times for the elevator to go up or down and empty so we can finally make it up or down. The morning reception was very kind.”
