“They have amazing old art collection waiting for you to explore, the room service is incredibly nice. The parking is excellent they'll have your car ready within 5 minutes. They'll greet you every time you enter, overall amazing experience and if you have any questions you can text them via phone. ”

“This hotel was excellent! The staff in the hotel at the hotel front desk, bar, and cafe were all friendly and helpful. The hotel was absolutely beautiful and in a very convenient location to be able to walk to the Rave for the show we were attending. We also appreciated the safe, on-site parking.”

“The valet area workers are very rude. When I pulled up to just check in the lalet said you cant park here and to go find another spot. Parking valet cars in front of the main entrance is stupid as it is the only area for hotel guests to park to check in. Why dont they use the parking garage to park valet cars.”

“Hotel is beautiful. Lobby is really nice. Staff was courteous. The area is nice and plenty of stuff around specially being next to the mall. My only gripe with this place is the fees. You want wifi? Unless you book direct with them you have to pay about $15 per day to get wifi. You want a faster wifi? then you have to pay more. You want parking? You gotta pay for that as well. Otherwise great place. ”
