Check in with Deb was not good-she was rude and didn’t offer an upgrade when we asked as Expedia Gold members. Met Shy later at desk-very nice and bartenders and breakfast server nice. Valet attendants also good. Very warm in gym and no water or hand sanitizer available.

The staff right away were extremely welcoming. They went out of their way to help with local entertainment. The room was an incredible corner king room that had wonderful views of the city. We will definitely be making more trips back for more local attractions.

The service was excellent. The people were great and very helpful. Food was also good and so was the cleanliness, but you could see that the hotel was starting to get a little rundown with burnt out bulbs bad paint jobs and a few other things. For a high-end hotel I would’ve expected the condition to be better than it was But otherwise overall nice stay.
