二道 4 星级酒店, HK$358 起

“五星級酒店一定有指定的服務質素。 但我今次要特別讚一位大堂經理。名字叫Eric, 當我在最後一天退房時，行李特別多及忙亂時遇到他真是很好。 不但主動行過來幫我推行李，還很親切地幫我安排行李上到預訂的私家車上。 他的服務已經超越了他的工作範圍。 但是很主動及有禮貌協助我。當刻覺得非常感激。 還有我是住在4322房，執房姐姐也很好，很有禮貌，十分親切。我下次到長春一定再來住在長春凱悅酒店。 ”

“早餐太差。没味道”

“The hotel was very close -less than 5 minute walk- from the ChangChun Metro Line 2 NanKwan Station so it was very good for guests to make access to most tour points. But most staffs didn't seem to know how to do their work. I made the reservation and paid all including breakfasts in Korea 13 days before the arrival at the hotel. Just after check-in, I entered the room on the 12th floor and began to unpack, when a staff came up, knocked the door and asked whether I paid expenses. I answered I……

“飯店位於中心區很熱鬧附近很多餐廳商店很方便, 飯店房間算大床舖也很舒服, 浴室也不小設備都有, 算很舒適的4星商務飯店. ”

“位置比较偏僻，周围连超市都没有，确实不是很方便。另外酒店和hotels不能开发票，不知道怎么上税。”

“Non-smoking room smells like cigarettes. Descriptions have sauna, bubble bath which were not available at all!”
