“The staffs are so nice from the front desk, bell service, pool attendants, housekeeping and the dining staff. Special mention to Samson from the front desk for being so nice and accommodating when we told him we are celebrating our daughter’s birthday during our stay. Kudos to all the staff! “The hotel really just a few steps to the beach and the honolulu zoo. Also close to the Diamond head. The breadfast was free and sumptuous. The real problem of this hotel I think is, too many residents but too few elevators and they run too slow. I sometimes had to wait for 3 elevators to be able to get in. ”

“Located in the center of Waikiki Beach, very easy to get to the tour bus and transportation, but the different floor has a huge difference,upper floors are much better than the lower floors,and the customer services are different as well.”
