“The hotel is very stylish, and every detail is thought out. The brutalist architecture serves as the inspiration. It’s a remote location, with nothing around, but a 15 minute walk to Frank Pepe’s pizza and only a short drive to Yale.”

“The stuffs are very nice, room is clean and new, it’s safe that elevator is limited outside people to take. 24/7 hot water and Starbucks coffee, it’s need to 6–7minutes to go to Danbury Fair Mall.Trader Joes 3minutes. That’s great! ”

“I don’t know how anyone can give this property less than 5 stars. The management company was extremely responsive and helpful. The building and apartment were immaculate. The place has everything: free parking, large gym, movie theater, golf simulator, and even a duckpin bowling alley! If I was childless and moving to New Haven, I’d consider a unit in this building. ”
