「Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast」

「Spent 5 days. 2 of the days, there was no hot water. We had a total of 9 rooms occupied by family. One of the days we had no hot water was the morning we were all getting ready to attend a funeral. Had to get ready in cold water. There were 2 large towels, 2 hand towels & 2 wash cloths. Asked for extra towels. Staff said we cannot give extras. Asked for extra blanket, We were given a thin bed covering. The one that goes on top for decoration. They said it was all they had. We had a king room...

「The property is not cared for. There was trash everywhere outside, weeds and tall grass, flies because of the trash. Inside, moldy spots on mattress, dust and dead bugs under the bed. Stains. The place was disgusting. I asked the guy at the front desk to remove the trash because the flies were getting in my car when I was getting stuff out. He said he’d have it done. All of it was still there when I left this morning!」

「This is a very nice garage apartment.. The interior is nice and we were comfortable inside. It is on the lake. But the downside is that the owners have a full view of every outside move you make, except the upper balcony which offers some privacy due to the palm trees.
