“This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.”

“Room was great, location was great. Easy check in. Accessible room. Only negative was I only had extremely hot water until my last day. They offered me a different room but it wasn’t as good as the one I was in so I stayed. I was totally fine with the hot water because the room itself was amazing I would go back and stay here again/”
