“Lovely clean rooms great location ”

“Great family stay in the 2 bedroom swim up apartment. I highly recommend the swim up apartment for kids if you plan to swim everyday, pool was heated so we were able to swim in July. BYO pool towels or they can be hired from reception. Toiletries are fairly basic (combination shampoo/conditioner and bar soap) so if you're particular BYO, face washers are also not supplied. Italian restaurant next door was excellent and also does coffee early Thursday - Sunday. Foodworks a short walk up the road……

The room itself though had a few items that needed fixing like the sliding door to the main room was broken, the sliding door to the lounge was extremely difficult to slide and the ensuite was very rough and had broken splatter rail and tiles throughout tho none of this spoilt the stay it would just be nice of the owners fixed this as they are renting a penthouse so it needs to be penthouse standard. ”

“Amazing guest experience with the manager going out of her way to help us checking in and getting to our bus stop early the next morning. A truly exceptional guest service experience. Kids loved the pool and games area and wanted to stay an extra night.”

“Christina was very friendly and helpful, willing to assist anytime. The property was presented very clean as well as the whole complex. The location of the complex is situated across from a shopping centre that includes woollies.”

“Beautiful garden, amazing breakfast spread. Nice size room with spectate toilet and shower. The amenities are better than a 5 star hotel (lotions, creams, gels, coffee syrups etc). Hopefully the shower curtains can be replaced soon, but…. The gorgeous outdoor shower can always be used!”
