“This hotel is not in a great area of Memphis. I would not walk out at night. Many surrounding abandoned buildings. Our room had a handle missing on the bathroom door and hand soap instead of shower gel. No other little amenities like shower cap etc. For the price of the room it was to say the least a disappointment. On check in we were told breakfast was until 11am. I went down 10 min before 10 and was told that breakfast was closed and that it only went until 10. The front desk……

“Great location, tight parking unless you park in the back. I was unaware of a $200 hold that was due at check in, I’m not sure if it’s stated or not. I would definitely rent here again! I loved the apartment, perfect size, clean, up to date appliances, comfortable bed! Will definitely be back soon!”

“This place felt so unsafe we left and tried to get refund. The master shower was disgusting. It was advertised as a balcony, was a first floor with patio that did not have private gate around and the sliding glass doors were unlocked, along with windows in bedrooms. I would not recommend staying here. ”
