“So noisy with loud neighbors and crying babies. Surprised the room wasn't sound proof enough to drown this out and this didn't allow for as much of a restful sleep as possible. Also the water wouldn't drain well in the sink...frustating as well”

The staff was excellent - every single person from the doorman/valet who welcomed us, W…, to the young gentleman at the reception desk twice, the lady on the 10th floor house cleaning and second doorman - all superb. The bed was comfy and room was clean. Loved the view and windows, shades. Kitchen was funky and not used but there and fine. We will be back! Thank you very very much! ”

“Loved: We stayed here with our 2 teenaged daughters and we loved the pro-women vibe. The rooms and lobby have a great updated vibe as well. The staff were friendly and helpful . The restaurant , Fig Leaf was amazing . We had breakfast , dinner and an evening bite and every meal was delicious . One night we ate at Founding Farmers (recommended by chatgbt) which was awful and we regretted not eating at hotel. Walking distance to many museums and monuments . “Great property. Enjoyed the stay. The rooms are very modern. The only negative is the bathroom It’s a glassed walled toilet and shower. No little privacy and leaves very little to the imagination when you or your significant other uses the restroom. Not a big deal if you’re in a long term relationship, but I can’t recommend it to a new couples first outing together. ”

Else, it will create grievances of the guest and conflict with front desk. The seating capacity of restaurant should be expanded especially during large conference/congress.”
