「Very nice hotel!」

「I had a very disappointing experience at Eurostars Casa Anfa. I made a reservation in advance through a well-known booking platform and received confirmation prior to arrival. After a long international flight, we arrived at the hotel expecting a smooth check-in. Instead, we were informed that our reservation could not be honored because we did not have a marriage certificate to prove we are married. This requirement was never clearly stated on the hotel’s website or during the booking...

「Hôtel bien situé, quartier Bourgogne à deux pas de la corniche et de la mosquée Mohammed V. Chambre flambant neuve, très propre et confortable. Nous avions un mini studio spacieux au 9e étage. Nous y sommes allé deux fois, à l'aller et au retour, vraiment top. Le personnel est sympathique et accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est très bien mais un peu cher (15 €/pers) comparé à ce que vous pouvez trouver à l'extérieur. Nous y retournerons.」

「Room is spacious but cleanness and facilities are fair. Called three times for asking for utensils. Bell "boy" (indeed an old man) and abnormally rude when I am not using the taxi services arranged by him. I do not recommend this hotel. 」

「就要是靠近火车站和CTM,方便第二天一早赶车，步行25-30分钟，穿过麦地拿可到清真寺；属旧式酒店，但作为交通中转足够了」

「I stayed in this hotel 5 years ago, it was very nice and clean, that’s the reason I choose this hotel again. But this time my stay were not good, firstly the room is not clean, especially the bed. Secondly the smell of the room is bad, the sofa is stinking. Thirdly, the stuff are not nice and polite. Fourthly, the bathroom hot water is not stable, when you take shower, the water sometimes very hot and suddenly become very cold. I don’t think I’ll choose this hotel again. 」
