“The hotel’s location is great, not far from main street. They also offer a free Shuttle bus to take customers to the busiest area in town, so, you don’t have to worry about parking ! We reserved a water view room. It had two big windows , one of the curtain is broken, and they said they are out of batteries, so can not fix it during our stay, so we had to keep it closed all the time. So we can not see the water view from our bed, also because it is too broken, it can not really block the……

“I usually love this hotel but was very disappointed in the extremely small room I got. It was hard to get by the bed without hitting the TV. I wasn't able to get hot water in the shower and unfortunately the AC never cooled the room. I should have asked for an alternative room. I was pretty disappointed.”

“A room with a waterfront view is nice. Waited more than 30 minutes to just get acknowledged at the dinner restaurant by the water, then after waiting another 15 minutes of being ignored...we left. Decor is tired. There are better choices to stay in Newport. It's an expensive hotel, and should at the very least have better service.”
