「Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful. If you’re traveling from the airport, you will get to the property much faster (hours) than any place close to the mall because of all the traffic even though it’s only a few kilometers away. I would highly recommend Sterling...

「Comfortable beds, clean room and friendly staff. However the shower only offered boiling or scalding water and the WiFi was unusable. Rather surprised that room service was not offered by phone but in person: first one, then 2 men in jeans came right into our room while my daughter was in bed which felt inappropriate.」

「It was quite a good stay. You need to rent room heaters separately. Front desk guys exceptional. 」

「I am writing to share feedback regarding my recent stay in your family room. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations due to several service and facility issues. First, the hotel felt quite congested, and room service was difficult to reach. After 9:00 PM, calls to the staff went unanswered. Additionally, the hair dryer policy is highly inconvenient; it is unusual for a hotel to have only five units to circulate among all guests upon request. Most concerning was the condition of...

「Building is amazing perched on the hillside and the staff were lovely.」

「Rooms are heated. Staff is very friendly and very helpful. Provided room service when needed and very timely」

「Chumbi resort location is such that from our room 1009 lying down in the bed you could see the 1st rays of son faliing on the mighty Kanchenjhonga the 3rd tallest mountain in the world. Surrounding natural beauty is at its best from Chumbi Resort. Ambience,Staff, Room quality, food and overall service was exceptional and would ask nature lovers to opt for this one and not in the cluster of hotels in Pelling Bazaar area. Simply superb.」

「Hotel is not exist ,」

「The property was good and clean; the poolside seating adds to the view. The rooms have a big balcony and a view. The only con is that the property is pretty far from MG Road, and you have to book a taxi from the road. No cab was available at the hotel and restrauant timing were very strict to 9 PM. They had very few guests on the day we travelled.」

「Perfect place to stay and have a nice dinner. 」

「Room too cold. Cant be adequately heated. Staff refused to give 2nd key to keep heater on . Cockroaches in dining area/table. Staff ignored when cockroaches were pointed out. 」

「Overall did the job, not exceptional but friendly staff always helpful. A little out of town but incredible views of the Himalayas. Breakfast was not a buffet for some reason, and no fridge/mini bar in room.」

「REASTAURENT VERY GOOD」
