「Overall it was pleasant, but when we entered the room on the first day, my son jumped on the bed. Then our family saw the dust in the air. I hope the cleanliness of the room is not just superficial.」

「Great stay for a Palm Springs weekend! Loved the ease of lounging at the pool, great coffee downstairs, great tips from staff, and so close to hiking. Hotel amenities are modern and clean. I would stay here again!」

「Staff were nice, but the room was a mess. The AC was super noisy and the smoke alarm went off at 5 AM for no reason, which was terrifying. The desk lamp and the room phone were both broken, we had to walk down to the lobby just to talk to the staff. Overall a pretty bad experience.」

「The hotel is a boutique hotel. It’s very basic in its services - you have to carry your bags up to the room (no lift), cleaning seems to be minimum and there is no front desk, just an unfriendly barman at the bar of the hotel. Upon checkout I was not allowed to see the invoice to check, and the same unfriendly staff told me I should get it by email. I didn’t receive for a few hours so I emailed the hotel (the address given to us at check in, since they don’t have a front desk so you can’t call...

「The property is located away from the downtown crowds and noise but close enough to walk to the main section of the downtown area. The Ingleside Inn has history and style reminiscent of a bygone era. Featuring, in my opinion, one of the best restaurants in Palms Springs, Melvyn’s, on the property, this adult only Inn is perfect.
