“Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing experience. This hotel is currently undergoing renovation, yet there is no transparency or effort to manage guest expectations. The temporary arrangements on the first floor are chaotic and severely compromise the quality of stay. The staff across the property is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely lacks basic customer service skills. At breakfast, the situation was nothing short of a mess — no proper greeting, no coordination, and……

“This hotel is catered for the local community, the food and as not high quality, the amenities are lacking, the cleanliness is lacking, the gardens and green areas are not well taken care off, the high tea is laughable, pictures are very deceiving. Overall not what you would expect from a 5 Star hotel, my wife and I were very disappointed.”
