“Again and as usual booked through Expedia, included breakfast. However when we got to the entrance of restaurant, while some guests were seated as what it should be, we were not allowed to have our seat there but TOLD to go to another room, where obviously temporarily setup with cheap furnitures and over crowded, noisy room. Not a good way to start a day. Booked through Expedia for 15-20 years, this is the first time to be in such embarrassing moment. Felt much better that afternoon when we……

“Brand new hotel with good location, nice staffs who are fluent in English. Room is clean and big ~”

“The building is old and the carpet is worn out in need of replacement. The dinner and breakfast menu is good. The registration desk staff are very helpful and efficient. The onset is also good . Good value for the relatively low price for the rooms. ”

“Very clean and modern small house. Very nice environment.”

“Great staff, tidy accomadation, comfy beds and great location”

“This facility is suitable for relaxing all the time with big outside bathtub and quiet room. We could stay in safe and really enjoy all of the time. Especially when we were in the 2nd floor in our room to take a outside bath, we were amazed by the beautiful sight of the stars. Although the temperature was so low, I guess it’s below zero, we were so excited to staring at the stars thanks to the hot spring. Needless to say the room is comfortable; warm, clean and enought space and amenities to……

“We had a truly delightful stay. The space was generous, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area. Everything was clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, making us feel completely at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, it had all the essentials and more. We enjoyed a cozy evening indoors, cooking and shabu shabu together. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, and all the information provided was clear and helpful. We’re……
