「Check in went poorly as there was some confusion regarding a change in meal options. Then the room we were put in had a leaky A/C unit so we were moved to another room which we then had problems with the door lock. I have to say that with all of these minor problems they were rectified very quickly. I was surprised to find there was no refrigerator in the rooms but I should have checked the facilities provided. 「This pool is a piece of heaven, the jungle around it makes it perfect spot to fully relax and enjoy with monkeys around it. Amazing place, away from noise, perfect staff, from the front desk to cook, to waitress… 4 acres of jungle and this pool in the middle of it, not a classic hotel, very unique setup, with artistic touch.
