「The townhome was beautiful and it was walking distance to everything we needed. There was plenty of room for my family of four to spread out and have our own spaces. The only thing I would complain about is the directions to check in sent us to the wrong location. 」

「The unit was clean enough, the couch was so uncomfortable, the master bed was hard, windows were broken and unable to open. The master bathtub did not drain while showering. The unit is literally right next to the pool, our first night there were loud drunk people there that did not leave at the mandatory 10pm time.」

The TV didn’t let us use Prime video (it locked and can only use owner account which didn’t allow us to watch paid content). 「Based on the online booking site we booked a lake front property for the ease of walking back and forth to the lake with a family of 5. An hour after the booking a representative me the lake front was just the picture they use for all the properties. We ended up being 1.1 miles away and needed to drive and find parking multiple times a day. And the price was not adjusted for the inconvenient property. I'd be careful that what I book is actually what you get. 」
