“Wonderful Place to stay in Kihei. Communicative host. Everything you need for your stay. Great staff and parking. Very clean. Right on the beach, which is fantastic!! As for the Air conditioner; it is not an A/C, its more of an air handler, it does not blow cold air. A bit of a disappointment but everything else made up for that. I would recommend staying here for sure. 4 out of 5 starts jus due to the lack of A/C”

“The place needs some TLC. Furniture needs replacement. Flooring is in need of replacing Shower doors maybe needs replacing. Several lamps did not work Screen door is in need of replacing”

“It is a nice 1 bedroom suite with sleeping for 5 including a sofa bed. They have all the amenities available including beach chairs, towels, beach umbrellas. Also the kitchen is full stocked with pots and table ware along with coffee and other condiments. The AC was great, and so was the internet and cable ready. We used our own accts for netflix and prime. Cleaning supplies were also plentiful along with a vacum. They also had an ironing board laundry detergent, hair dryer and plenty of……

“The place was very clean. The staff was very communicative and accommodating. I stayed Wednesday-Sunday and I extended my stay 1 night which was very fast and easy. They left us chairs and towels which was very nice for the beach. The place was very spacious for 2 people. If you want to cook this has plenty of counter space. The balcony had a partial ocean view which was very nice. Great value for your money. Check in/out was very easy. You can walk right to the best beaches around. Only Cons……

“The condo was in a great area. The check in was easy. The unit was clean and comfortable. Through no fault of the owners we were out of power for two days but the breeze helped. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Very good bang for your buck.”

“Property is a great place very modern inside on second floor host are very communicative. If you have an issue we had an earthquake while we were there and the hot water heater got tripped. They came and fixed it overall to great place close to everything.”

“Nice and quiet. Being so close to the beach makes a huge difference. Super clean. Thank you for the water and cookies. Loved the beach chairs and towels! Only thing would like to have known that the beach water was shallow. Still nice to hang out in but since no lifeguard a heads up would be nice. You’re just scared when you see it cause you don’t know how deep it is.”
