“I’m a single mom that treated herself to a staycation. For the most part, everything was perfect, BUT one of the things I wanted most and why I paid to stay a second night was so I could sleep in. Even with the do not disturb, the housecleaning came in TWICE! Not once but TWICE! I was so angry, because then I was up and I had been sleeping so hard. I was able to check in early which was great. Front desk staff was amazing. Now the restaurant/bar completely different. Unprofessional, rude as all……

“The hotel itself was a nice experience. However, I was off put by lack of parking. It’s located on a busy street, the only attached garages are meant for residents in the apartments, meaning you have to valet. Not ideal for everyone. Also charging $200 for incidentals up front seemed odd. I’ve stayed at many luxury hotels and have always simply needed to have a card on file to be charged in case of. Not charged upfront. It’s not ideal being out an extra $200 while traveling but okay.”

“Train is really loud. Building is in poor condition. During my stay I had no hot water or WiFi so I wouldn’t recommend it ”

“The apartment was very clean and appropriately stocked for my stay. The parking garage was dimly lit and available spots for guests to park were sometimes hard to find. The check out process was confusing as the app gave ambiguous directions. Luckily when calling their helpline, the agent could walk me through the process. Overall the stay was pleasant and I most likely would stay there again.”
