“The rooms and amenities were excellent. However, there is definitely room for improvement when it comes to staff friendliness and efficiency. When we arrived to check in at 3pm, our room was not yet ready. We were told that we would receive a call as soon as it became available, but we never received any notification and had to follow up ourselves. It also appeared that only one staff member was working the front desk. She was trying to check in multiple guests while simultaneously answering……

“Love the facility and staff was nice but it was hard to get more towels and face rags and NEVER got the blanket or comforter that we were promised to get everyday we called and went downstairs to get and NEVER received.”

“I did not like no pool. My grandson was with me. I booked this hotel based on the pool. The pool was closed, under construction. I would have appreciated being notified prior to our stay. All else was great though.”

“We booked the hotel with hopes to use the pool but we found out the day before we arrived the hotel and pool were under construction. They did give us credits to muse at the resort which was nice. Lighting in the bathroom was not great. Room smelled a little musty”
