“Over all was a great place. We would come back and rent again”

“Property was clean and well kept. It filled the need for a long weekend trip to see family and grandkids.”

“Great guest and place very welcoming ”

“Great stay! Very honest people. My daughter forgot her wallet and they contacted us immediately after checkout. We were able to go pick it up and everything was still inside. Thank you for a great stay!! Highly recommend this property. ”

“The stay was great and was closely located to Wilson County Fairgrounds where we were going. Close to restaurants and stores. The only downside is it is bright in the bedrooms. If you have to have it completely dark, it is pretty light in there. Not everyone is like that though. The overall stay was great and timely response from the owners.”

“First of all, the owner was very responsive and friendly. There was confusion over addresses and directions but got that handle quickly. And the decor is cute.Second, I wish I would have known this was in a residential mobile home park. I probably would have booked anyway but I think you should present your home in a completely honest way.Third, there is no storage in the bedrooms. No drawers or anyplace to leave your suitcase open. So if you are using all the bedrooms you will be opening and……

“Nice quiet area and perfect for a little get away with plenty of places to eat in area. Home was perfect for our stay during soccer tournament. Would definitely be back to rent additional units for a girls weekend”

“Great place. Great location. We’d stay again”

“Great room and ”

“Wonderful stay at a great price. Highly recommend!”

“The spaciousness and all of the extra amenities in each room make this property an amazing deal especially for the price. Having a full kitchen and a washer and dryer in each unit makes this an ideal place for extended stays. Kasa by Eighteen is centralized and a short drive to most everything in Nashville. The neighborhood feels safe and has plenty of restaurants and uniquely themed bars all within walking distance to the property. Parking on the property is limited. My husband would like to……

“This property was so cute, I loved the photos of the before and after of what the property used to look like. It was very relaxing walking out and enjoying coffee with the horses and cows! Jonah was very responsive when it came to communication. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was absolutely stunning!”
