Would definitely stay here again. One thing that I would suggest is to have actual coffee since there is a coffee maker. Coffee in a tea bag isn't ideal, also regular sugar packets and cream.

My experience was between average (3 out of 5 stars) and good (4 out of 5 stars). So here are the good things: neighborhood is safe, walking distance to some restaurants, unit was studio queen and it was spacious, kitchen setup was nice, bathroom was fine, washer/dryer was nice, couch/tv setup was fine, there was plenty of bright lights. Here are the issues I personally had: 1) AC was really loud when it was on, like Mission Control about to liftoff and there was a water dripping sound in the AC unit, not sure if it’s just my unit or if all units are the same 2) I was staying in ground floor which is the basement, my unit had very poor phone reception (T-Mobile) so I had to stand near window to just get a call, so if you have many calls to make, I would not suggest staying in the ground floor. 3) also the wifi in my apartment was not that reliable, it seemed ok when I played Netflix and searched stuff but when I had a job interview on Teams, the connection was terrible and I ended up having to go outside on the street to speak to her on the phone. It may just be my unit so perhaps other units have better wifi connection. 4) I can hear the noise coming from the parking garage next door so every locking of car door beep or a honk, I can hear it, I think the windows are not noise proof. Besides these 4 issues, it was a good stay so just try to request a unit on 1st or 2nd or higher floors (not on ground floor) and facing away from parking garage.

very nice set up in the rooms. more like a contemporary condo. large room, nice kitchen and living setup. bathroom also spacy and with a large shower. only thing i would recommend is a large dresser or two for storage of clothing so that you are not living out of a suitcase that pretty much must be on the floor. Broadway strip is walking distance from the location. once you park your vehicle, i would not plan to move it at all unless you're going out of the area.

The couch pull out bed was broken and couch had wood boards added under cushions. Made it uncomfortable to sit on. Water/Ice machine was broken. Shower head sprayed crazy and was hard to adjust. We were on ground level Unit G404 and had the smell of weed fill living/kitchen area a few times during our stay.

Property was close to Broadway. Unit was clean and comfortable. The unit was in the basement. I would have preferred it not to be in the basement. Not a lot of light coming through. There was also a smell in the hallway, which was masked by plug-ins. Although the unit was clean, it would have been nice to have somewhere to put clothes in rather than keeping them in my suitcase. I did have a space to hang up clothes, but other items not. The unit is in need of a new sofa couch. It is extremely worn and uncomfortable. It would be nice to have had a map of the town and attractions. This was my first time in Nashville and that would’ve been very helpful. Thanks for the welcome card and the cookies. I felt very safe and it was a very quiet unit. Overall area and place was fine.

The property and room were very clean. The only small complaint was that some of the flooring in the bathroom was messed up due to what appeared to be a previous water leak. It wasnt major damage, but addressing it would be great.

Plenty of room for 6 adults, although one room has no window. Decent bathrooms and showers. Air con a little difficult to get right for all the rooms. Some grubby marks here and there. Walkable area - parking across street.

Kasa was a revelation for us in this stay. Gorgeous and well furnished with fantastic communications about every aspect of the stay that included photos of what to do. Parking was easy and much cheaper through Kasa than paying otherwise. Everything was so clean, the beds were comfortable... They even provided a wine machine for white noise! Broadway was only a few blocks away. When we come back to Nashville, we will not be looking to stay anywhere else.

The property was just adorable, very unique, and everything we needed for the night. I appreciate the self check in as we got in super late and the hotel was so quiet (the whole time), we actually felt like we were alone for a lot of it. I would stay again if I ever made my way back to Nashville!

The property was great, easy check-in and was abke to check in a half hour early. Close to downtown which you go down hill to get to downtown and an uphill hike to get back to the apartment. Renting scooters is a cheap way to get back and forth. The beds were comfortably and the place was roomy. It was a short walk to the Arcade which houses Walgreens for snacks, water and pop, on one end and a great breakfast cafe on the other with cute shop in between. It is directly across from a parking ramp so one can hear car alarms late at night. However the rooms came with noise machines and earplugs, which was a nice touch.
