"The gentleman at the adult pool was Andre was a very nice man as was the guy Kim who drove the cart . The drink prices were too expensive we finally went out and got our own drinks. 8-9 dollars for a beer is outrageous when you can buy your own for a dollar each. The property and views were great staff all very friendly. Also you pay a premium to stay there already then to be charged $25 a night to park is nuts. Also the surprise bill when you check out is a shocker for multiple taxes and resort fees is excessive when you’re already paying a premium. Parking hit and miss most nights we parked in the construction yard and had to walk for $25 a night😡"

Worms in room, cockroaches at entrance, toilet paper so thin you might as well use bare fingers, towels that can rub your skin off, service at coffee stand that took forever, noise from across the hall all night. $50 to park my car when already charged over $4,000? Stayed here last five years. Not again."
