“This hotel is really a unique experience. They treat you like royalty. Our room was small but had a ton of character. Only had one spot for one suitcase, so we used the large window sills for the other one. There is really no place to park, so we used the valet parking which was $52.00. But they unload your luggage out of the car and take it to the room for you. By the time we text to get our car, it was there and they had loaded our luggage into and we were ready to go. Great place to stay with……

“Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Great views and staff was excellent. Room rates were great and felt very secure. It would be nice to be on same floor with family as we booked two rooms together at the same time and we were two floors apart. A bit far from Bar district but Ubers were very accessible, ”

“The staff was amazing and so friendly, we come to Cleveland every summer and this is our first time staying here. We will never stay any where else. Parking was central to everything, we didn’t have to drive once all weekend. We could walk everywhere and all the restaurants around were great!! ”

“The hotel itself was very nice and staff was friendly and helpful. There was some issues with the parking available on site as the garage gate wouldnt register our cards as well as other guests. Staff were quick to come out to open the gate however. Overall its a pretty hotel in a very convenient location and Id be happy to check out the rest of the autograph collection locations when Im traveling near one. ”

“This is the nicest facility we have stayed at, it’s beautiful, we were moved to a ground floor suite ,since my family member had difficulty walking, Emily was fantastic! I was so excited to be able to sit on the back porch of the room, we had ducks visit and at least 6 black and grey squirrels. I cannot tell you in enough words how fantastic this place is! If there was a 10 star rating this wonderful resort would receive it. Dan the Maintenance manager was so kind. The interior was spectacular……

“The best hotel/B&B that I have ever lived! The ower was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very delicate!”

“Loved this craftsman style house. It was a nice, cozy and quiet place. There's a nature preserve across the street.”

“This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. ”
