“The hotel was nice, modern and the pool, restaurants and bars are pretty good. Entertainment staff worked hard, as do the housekeeping staff, good variety of food and drinks. There seems to be a lack of toilets though... for either of the pools, Breeze bar or Pala Santo restaurant, you need to go into the hotel itself and there is one set of toilets for the entire downstairs area, day and night.”

“Vriendelijk personeel. Goed uitgebreid ontbijt. Kamer iets verouderd maar verder prima.”

“A lovely stay. Bungalow 1063 is really nice. I marked it down a little as the terrace door wouldn't lock and the main light in the living area flickered a lot. I did report these faults. I was told someone would be round to fix them within 20 mins. After an hour I rang reception to chase this up and then 5 mins later someone came to fix the issues. Beautiful sunrises from the terrace! Very spacious bungalow. I slept very well. Staff at reception were okay. I don't feel they went out their way to……

“alles gut”

“Perfect hotel for a break, excellent breakfast buffet and spa area”

“The rooms were superb. We were upgraded for free to a suite which was amazing. King size bed was very comfortable and there was a sunbathing bed on the balcony which was a nice touch. Staff were extremely friendly. Lots of sunbeds around pool so no need to wake up early with towels. Breakfast was great with a huge variety of items. Highly recommend.”

“This apartment is amazing. The other 3 looked equally amazing. Everything in for a fabulous stay. Wake up to sea views over the lagoons beach and playa la concha beach. The evenings clouded up so only got one sunset and it was quite a chilly wind but was mostly fine. There was a lot of building work but noise not too bad and it was only between 8.30 am and 5pm but not weekends . Úrsula was very nice and kept in touch and we didn’t arrive to village until nearly 10pm and she came to check us in.……
