“The hotel is in a good location and clean and food was good..... However the staff let this hotel down massively. The entertainment manager has a very bad attitude, shouting at customers for moving their sunbed! Be warned they will move your sunbed even if its a few inches and youll probably be shouted at in the process. Customers were asked not to laugh on their balcony as its too noisy! Its almost like they don't want anyone enjoying themselves! Both pools are freezing. I wouldn't return.”

“Albergo carino, personale e servizi buoni. Pulizia ottima direi e personale cordiale. Albergo non è grande molto riservato anche se scegliendo adult ho trovato la media età da 70 anni in più mi sembrava un po stare in pensione ma forse il periodo che siamo stati. Unica pecca che ho trovato per italiano che non sanno parlare altre lingue niente scritto in italiano e personale non parla italiano-però ho trovato qualche cameriere italiano.”

“Das Zimmer entsprach leider nicht den grundlegenden Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards. Während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts gab es Probleme mit Insekten im Schlafzimmer und im Badezimmer. Auch nach einer angekündigten „Double Cleaning“-Reinigung blieb ein totes Insekt sichtbar an der Decke, was den Eindruck erweckte, dass die Reinigung nicht gründlich durchgeführt wurde. Zusätzlich kam es zu einem Wasseraustritt im Schlafzimmer, wodurch der Fliesenboden nass und rutschig war. Dies stellte……

“The entire Hotel from the Front Door to all areas were absolutely spotless. The staff and food complimented this hotel and was one of the best we have stayed in for a long while. The only drawback was the lack of sunbeds and people booking them with towels from 7am...unfortunately this is purely down to space available in the build.”
