"Very comfortable hotel in a good location. The room was a good size and the bathroom very modern and clean. The first hotel during our stay in Austria with a kettle in the room which was much appreciated. We would definitely use again on our return to Innsbruck"

"Location is amazing, parking garage is right across the street. Innsbruck however has lot of construction going on with several streets closed to traffic and so to get to the parking garage... took forever. This was not the hotel's fault just how things are. They were very helpful with advise on where to eat etc. Room was very comfortable."

"It was great being within the old town area, and the location very near the free bus to the castles was a real plus. The facility is getting a bit dated and the (family) room, while spacious, was not very well appointed. Breakfast was great. Navigating the hotel's underground parking garage was a bit tight."
