“Beautiful area and property . A quick 2 minute walk to Commercial Street. Property is well maintained but there are a few things that could be updated. But everything was very clean. The staff were also so pleasant . Enjoyed the spa area, pool, hot tub and outdoor space. Loved the made to order breakfast each morning and the wine cheese hour in the evening. Would definitely stay here again.”

“The Benchmark was lovely. The morning break fast was perfect. We had room 7 and the view and the deck was lovely. Room was tiny it comfortable - not much room for luggage - I was on a long trip before so I just took out what I needed and left the rest in the car. Parking is tight - we were there in offseason - so could see how that could be an issue in the summer months. P-town was fantastic as well! ”
