「Arrived 7/26, fell 7/27, sent to hospital w/multiple injuries. The hotel packed up my stuff, loaded it my car in their garage, brought my electronics to me at hospital and gave permission to leave my car there until someone could come to get it.
This is beyond good service and hospitality, these folks are saintly!!」

「This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. I called three days before arrival to confirm my reservation, add my emotional support pet, and request a high-floor room because my mother is disabled and cannot tolerate loud noise. I was assured these requests would be honored, but at check-in nothing had been done.After waiting, the staff and General Manager, Dan, finally offered a high-floor suite. 「Very convenient place to stay in Oceanside. We were there to visit our Marine stationed at Camp Pendleton. We were only 5 minutes from the gate. So many places great places to eat within walking distance. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked to make it easy to cook meals. Loved it!」
