"Review I recently had the pleasure of staying at an amazing hotel that exceeded all expectations. The room was uniquely designed, offering a blend of comfort and aesthetic charm that made our stay memorable. What truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service. Celebrating our anniversary, we were delighted to find a beautifully set breakfast table arranged in a perfect spot, adorned with chocolates, champagne, and fresh flowers—a thoughtful gesture that added a personal touch to our celebration. The staff were outstanding, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring our comfort. The culinary offerings were equally impressive, with a made-to-order breakfast that featured fresh, delicious options tailored to our preferences. They have a fantastic spa too which we did not have time to visit but it looked truly exceptional. Overall, this was one of the best hospitality experiences we've ever had, marked by impeccable service, excellent amenities, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere."

"Check in is at 1530. I arrived at 1515 and was made to wait despite the room being available and the chubby gentleman at the front desk just talking with the young lady he was mentoring in the few minutes until 1530. In fact, everything about this hotel was excellent except the interactions with the chubby gentleman from reception. That fellow is a liability to the property. The other staff are friendly, engaging and helpful."

"An unexpected GEM! The hotel remodeled a number of rooms and ours was incredible. They say the hotel closes in October to complete the job and it will be amazing. We are going to come back next Sept for an extended stay. Can't wait. Great service, close to downtown, very quiet. incredible "

"It was a beautiful surprise, the hotel is very quiet, modern, well designed, everything is well think for having the best experience. After 2 weeks in Switzerland, everyday in restaurants, our best food experience was at the restaurant in the hotel. I just mentioned directly to the chef, a very nice person doing food with passion and love, you will taste it! I highly recommend this hotel and restaurant. I am from Canada, Quebec and I will definitely return to this place."
