The "free" continental breakfast is a small plate of unappetizing fruit plus a couple slices of toasted bread with butter. No spa but I may have been able to book a massage, no work out/gym facilities -- so it was not as advertised. Also -- the check in clerk could have been more helpful with directions and……

“Everything was amazing until the end I would give 5 stars otherwise. I don’t think they liked that I had 20% off for Expedia benefit. After I paid and left a nice tip for the staff. I decided to buy water, they charged me 30 quetzal ( $5USD) so more expensive than a fancy resort. I paid but it was annoying to take advantage of me. Water bottles are a couple of quetzals even the intercontinental in the city doesn’t charge that much for bottled water. Food was excellent both dinner and free……

“the price is relative higher~~compare to the surrounding hotel which provide similar quality! i thin it's about 20 dollors more than average price in the area. the staff is kind~~but~~not very friendly~~but this may due to i don't speak spanish!”

“Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.”
