“The hotel is fairly new, clean, and very conveniently located. The only downside is that it can be a bit loud if your room is next to the train tracks. During my first two nights, I was woken up in the middle of the night by trains honking as they passed by, though I eventually got used to it. Despite that, I would still choose to stay here again, but I’d recommend requesting a room as far from the train tracks as possible for a better night’s sleep.”

“Worst travel experience of the last 5 years for me. I will never stay here again. They double booked my the unit I had been assigned and by the time I had arrived, it was the late evening and I had to spend over 4 hours on the phone with two companies’ resepctive support lines, a total of some 7 support agents, after numerous escalations and the same circular conversation that did not resolve anything. Worst decision I made this trip. I will not make that decision ever again and will avoid at……

“The room had a strong smell of chemical cleaning agents when we arrived, half our group left and paid for a different hotel. The linens on the bed had stains and we had to wash them - note the stains were gone after the wash. The location of this unit is on a very busy road and the sounds are the same whether the windows were closed or open. Absolutely dreadful furnishings, linens - nothing about this place is luxury. Only stay here if you are OK with a freeway side motel 6. Stay away……
